Certificate of Excellent Quality
Over the past several years, FAKT S.r.l. has received multiple Certificates of Excellent Quality from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), the German Federal Motor Transport Authority based in Flensburg, for its technical reports. These awards confirm the reliability of our work as a Technical Service in the type-approval process and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

Quality certificate 2023 / 2024 – KBA
In 2024, FAKT S.r.l. received an additional Certificate of Excellent Quality from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), confirming the consistently high quality of the technical reports submitted to the German authority since April 2023. Following a period during which the KBA had suspended the issuance of such certificates, this new award underlines the full confidence of the authority in the work of FAKT S.r.l.
This certificate demonstrates that the processes and procedures implemented by FAKT S.r.l. ensure technical reports that are accurate, complete and fully aligned with the authority’s expectations. For our customers, this means that the files submitted to the KBA via our Technical Service are supported by documentation whose quality is officially recognised.
Quality certificate 2016 / 2017 – KBA
In 2016 / 2017, as proof of its excellent quality as a Technical Service in the type-approval process, FAKT S.r.l. was one of the few organisations to receive from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), for the third consecutive year since the introduction of this recognition, the Certificate of Excellent Quality for the technical reports submitted to the German authority for type-approval procedures in accordance with European (EU) regulations, UNECE regulations and German national legislation.
This certificate translates into a tangible benefit for our customers: in general, the files submitted to the KBA through our Technical Service are processed more quickly and with fewer requests for additional documentation. For our customers, it is also confirmation of our consistently serious, transparent and professional approach.
Quality certificate 2015 / 2016 – KBA
As proof of its excellent quality as a Technical Service in the type-approval process, FAKT S.r.l. was one of the few organisations to receive from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), for the second consecutive year since the introduction of this recognition, the Certificate of Excellent Quality for the technical reports submitted to the German authority for type-approval procedures in accordance with European (EU) regulations, UNECE regulations and German national legislation.
In this case too, the certificate brings added value for our customers: thanks to the high quality of the technical documentation prepared by FAKT S.r.l., the type-approval applications submitted to the KBA through our Technical Service benefit from more efficient handling. This confirms to our customers our ongoing commitment to quality and reliability.
Quality certificate 2014 / 2015 – KBA
In 2014 / 2015, the German authority Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) introduced for the first time the Certificate of Excellent Quality for Technical Services that demonstrated the high quality of their test reports. FAKT S.r.l. was among the first to receive this recognition, thanks to the processes implemented and the continuous improvement applied to its testing activities and reporting.
The Technical Service FAKT S.r.l. is committed to maintaining this excellent level of quality in the years to come for its technical reports, so that the applications submitted to the KBA on behalf of its customers are processed swiftly and, where possible, without the need for additional information or documentation, thus ensuring better approval times.
